Cristina Ribeiro Coelho has been with TFRA since 2018 as an industry partner. 

Her main areas of practice are Mergers & Acquisitions, structuring and implementing sales, acquisitions, and joint venture transactions. She also has extensive experience in contract law, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, and day-to-day corporate and contractual advisory work.

She was an attorney at PLMJ (1997–2000) and at Garrigues (2001–2017).

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (1997). 

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association since 1999.

Cristina Ribeiro Coelho is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
