Rosana Rodrigues is one of the founding partners of TFRA. Her practice focuses primarily on advising foreign investors in Portugal in the areas of corporate and tax law, and she has also been involved in numerous transactions in the maritime transport sector.

Before founding TFRA, Rosana Rodrigues worked as legal counsel to the Vice Presidency of the Regional Government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and served on the board of directors of several regional companies in the international services sector, operating within the institutional framework of the Madeira International Business Center (CINM).

Rosana Rodrigues graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon with a degree in Legal Sciences.

She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1990.

Rosana Rodrigues is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Italian.
