Since 1998, Ambrósio Jardim has worked primarily in the areas of commercial law (corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and planning), national and international tax law, and real estate law.

He has specialized in providing ongoing support and advice for foreign investment in Portugal and in supporting and advising on the internationalization of Portuguese companies.

He has held management positions in various multinational companies operating within the institutional framework of the Madeira International Business Center (CINM).

Ambrósio Jardim graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2001 and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association since 2001

Ambrósio Jardim is fluent in Portuguese and English.
