Sara Borges is an associate at TFRA, where she joined in 2022 as a trainee attorney.

She has primarily practiced in the areas of Corporate Law and Litigation.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2019) and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the same institution (2024).

She has enriched her academic training by participating in various webinars and conferences, including “General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, Whistleblowing,” PRA (2022), “Business Leadership and Compliance,” CIDP (2022), and the 10th International Arbitration Meeting in Coimbra (2020).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association since 2025. 

She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
